Customs Watch banner

Customs Watch was formally launched by former Minister for Home Affairs Brendan O’Connor, in November 2011.

The success of Customs Watch greatly relies on your cooperation. Customs Watch is Customs and Border Protection’s national information collection program that draws on the knowledge of industry and the community.

Over the last three years, over 750 detections of narcotics or tobacco can be directly attributed to referrals received from industry and the community.

We encourage you (the community) and industry partners to work with Customs and Border Protection to protect Australia's borders by reporting suspicious border activities.

If you are aware of suspicious behavior please report your information to Customs Watch toll-free on 1800 06 1800, or by using the online form.  For more information please go to www.customs.gov.au/customswatch/default.asp
