Application for dumping and/or countervailing measures
If you meet the requirements of an Australian industry and you believe that you are being injured by the importation of dumped or subsidised goods:

Application for the continuation of measures
(Interim) dumping duties are usually imposed for a five-year period. At least nine months prior to the expiration of the measures Customs will advertise the expiry date and advise the original applicant of the impending expiry. The Australian industry will need to make application for the continuation of the measures.

Application for the review or revocation of measures
If any interested party believes that one or more of the variable factors have changed in relation to the measures imposed on imported goods then application may be made for a review of variable factors or revocation of the measures.

Application for a duty assessment
If importers believe that they have paid too much IDD they may apply for a final dumping duty assessment link to booklet.
