From 1 July 2015, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service will be consolidated into a single Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the Australian Border Force will be established.
From 1 July 2015, this number will change from 1300 363 263 to 131 881.
The new office hours will be 8:30am to 4:30pm (AEST and AEDT), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
