Internet Payment Facility
Single Payment Option

This option is generally used by infrequent Clients who need to make a one-off payment to Customs. In order to use this facility the Client will need to know their Customer Reference Number (CRN) and the invoice number (both located at the bottom of the invoice).
Single payments are not available for ICS (Integrated Cargo System) Air and Sea Cargo Clients.
If ICS users wish to use the WESTPAC internet payment facility they can do so via the Registered User Option (see Register as a User).

ICS Clients must become registered users if they wish to pay their invoices on-line. Registered users can manage their payments to Customs and keep a track of payment history using this facility.

You must have details of an outstanding invoice prior to registering - an invoice number must be quoted during initial registration. Note: You only need to register once for each account.
