Passenger Cards
All travellers to and from Australia must complete Incoming and Outgoing Passenger Cards. The following samples of cards has been complied by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
Its purpose is to assist travellers requiring assistance with completing the Cards in English.
Incoming Passenger Card
Travellers entering Australia are required to complete an Incoming Passenger Card (IPC).
Passenger cards must be completed in English. To assist non-English speaking travellers, Incoming Passenger Card are available in languages other than English.
Other languages include Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Spanish, Thai and Vietnamese.

Outgoing Passenger Card
Travellers departing Australia are required to complete an Outgoing Passenger Card (OPC).
Passenger cards must be completed in English. To assist non-English speaking travellers, translated Outgoing Passenger Card are available for reference in languages other than English.
Other languages include Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Burmese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Lao, Macedonian, Malaysian, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Sinhalese, Slovenian, Somali, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Tetum, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese.
