AMENDING THE TRANSPORT DETAILS

The Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen enables users with the appropriate access to update the import declaration
transport details.

The information required for the Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen differs depending on the mode of transport:

* sea
* air
* post
* other.

To update import declaration transport details:

Step 1. From the Import Declaration (N10) Navigation Options Amend screen, click on the Transport Details hyperlink.

The Import Declaration (N20) Transport Details Amend screen displays like this if the mode of transport is sea.



The Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen displays like this if the mode of transport is air.



The Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen displays like this if the mode of transport is post.



The Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen displays like this if the mode of transport is other.



The Import Declaration (N10) Transport Details Amend screen enables users to update the import declaration transport details.

The Line No field is read-only and displays the transport line that is being amended.

The Add Line button is disabled if the maximum number of lines has been entered.

The bold red text at the top of the screen indicates whether the import declaration is incomplete (not submitted) or submitted (not lodged).

The following fields are read-only:

* Declaration ID
* Lodged Date
* Version
* Importer Reference
* Broker Reference
* Mode of Transport.

All other fields can be amended.

Step 2. Make the required changes to the import declaration transport details.

Note: to exit this screen without saving, click on the Cancel button.

Step 3. Click on the Save button.

The Import Declaration (N10) Navigation Options Amend screen displays.
