WITHDRAWING AN IMPORT DECLARATION

The Import Declaration (N10) Navigations Options View screen enables users with the appropriate access to withdraw a lodged import declaration.

A declaration may be withdrawn if the Declaration status is 'CLEAR' or 'FINALISED' and the goods have not been delivered.

To withdraw a lodged import declaration:

Step 1. Ensure the Import Declaration (N10) Navigation View screen is displayed.



Step 2. Click on the Withdraw button.

The Withdraw Details Add screen displays.



Step 3. In the Withdrawal Reason field, enter the reason for the withdrawal of the import declaration.

Note: to exit this screen without saving, click on the Cancel button.

Step 4. Click on the Submit button.

The Import Declaration (N10) Navigation Options View screen displays with the withdrawn indicator in bold red text.
