AIR ARRIVALS SEARCH
The Air Arrivals Search screen allows authorised users to search for Air Arrivals that already exist in the Integrated Cargo System (ICS). This diagnostic functionality can be used to search for Air Impending Arrival Reports and/or Air Actual Arrival Reports.
The search for Air Arrivals can be based on different groups of criteria consisting of the following:
* Flight No
* Estimated Arrival Date
* Codeshare Flight No
* Discharge CTO
* Arrival Port Code
* Actual Arrival Date.
To search for an Air Impending Arrival or Air Actual Arrival report:
Step 1. From the main menu, click on Imports, click on Diagnostics and then click on Air Arrivals Search.
The Air Arrivals Search screen displays.

The Air Arrivals Search screen provides you with the option to search for Air Impending Arrival Reports or Air Actual Arrival Reports.
Step 2. In the Select Report field, click on the drop down button and select either Air Impending Arrival or Air Actual Arrival.
The default search criteria in the Select Combination field for Impending Arrivals will be:
* Flight No & Arrival Port Code & Estimated Arrival Date
The default search criteria for the Select Combination field for Actual Arrivals will be:
* Flight No, Port of Arrival and Actual Arrival Date
Mandatory fields are highlighted for the particular search selected and all other fields are disabled.
Step 3. In the Select Combination field, click on the drop down button and select one of the following options:
* Flight No & Arrival Port Code & Estimated Arrival Date (default)
* Codeshare Flight No & Arrival Port Code & Estimated Arrival Date
* Arrival Port Code & Estimated Arrival Date
* Flight No & Arrival Port Code & Discharge CTO
* Arrival Port Code & Discharge CTO & Estimated Arrival Date
* Flight No & Port of Arrival & Actual Arrival Date
* Arrival Port Code & Actual Arrival Date.
Note: the Arrival Port Code and Discharge CTO Name fields can be found using a search. To do this, click on the relevant 'find' hyperlink and select the appropriate option from the list displayed. The Arrival Port Code must be a valid Australian port indicated by a United Nations Location Code (UNLocode) commencing with AU.
Note: in the Arrival Date Range field the date range defaults to 10 days before the system (search) date and 10 days after the system (search) date but this date can be changed if required. The date range must be no more than 30 days duration, otherwise an error will generate.
Step 4. Enter the relevant values in the mandatory fields.
Step 5. Click on the Search button.
For Air Impending Arrival Reports:
If more than one record is returned from the search, the Air Impending Arrival Report List screen displays.
If only one record is returned from the search, the Air Impending Arrival Report View screen displays.
For Air Actual Arrival Reports:
If more than one record is returned from the search, the Air Actual Arrival Report List screen displays.
If only one record is returned from the search, the Air Actual Arrival Report View screen displays.
