AIR CARGO MANIFEST LIST


The Air Cargo Manifest Search/List screen(s) are intended to provide information to registered ICS users for the purpose of allowing users to view a list of Master and House Air Waybill numbers with indicators to show the existence of Underbond Movements and Import Declarations.

Links are provided to these documents from the list but are limited to authorised users, such as the reporting party or in the case of Underbond Movements, the relevant Establishments.

Additionally, access will be provided to the Cargo Status. This will provide Air Cargo clients with a useful tool to assist users, with the matching of House Air Waybill numbers to Master Air Waybill numbers and Import declarations.

To search for import air cargo:

Step 1. Log in to the Customs Interactive.

From the main menu, click on
Imports, choose Diagnostics, and then click on Air Cargo Manifest List.

Step 2. Enter a valid value into one of the search criteria fields.
The fields are
Master Air Waybill No, House Air Waybill No, Flight No and Discharge Port Code. The Arrival Date is mandatory when Flight No or Discharge Port Code only is entered.
It is disabled (not required) if
Master Air Waybill No or House Air Waybill No are entered in addition to Flight No or Discharge Port Code.
The date is defaulted to the current system date.

Clicking on the
search button displays the Air Cargo Manifest List screen with the search results.

The search results will compromise the following details:

MAWB: Master Air Waybill. This is the master air waybill number applicable to the search criteria. If the user is the reporting party for the air cargo report, then this field will be hyperlinked.

SM: Sub Master. This will be set to 'Y' if a sub master air waybill number exists for the MAWB and HAWB.

Note: The sub master air waybill number will display in a box when the user positions the mouse over the 'Y' indicator. The field will be blank if no Sub Master Air Waybill is reported.

HAWB: House Air Waybill. The House Air Waybill number applicable to the search criteria.

Reported Date: The date and time the Air Cargo Report was reported.

Flight No: Airline code and Flight number.

Arrival Date: Estimated arrival date on the Air Cargo Report.

Disc Port: Discharge Port. From the Air Cargo Report.

Dest Port: Destination Port. From the Air Cargo Report.

Ver No: Version Number. The current version number.

FF: Freight Forward Indicator. Set to 'Y' if the Freight Forwarder indicator has been checked on the Air Cargo Report. Otherwise blank.

Dec: Declaration Indicator. The valid values are 'F' for a Full Import Declaration (FID), 'C' when a Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (SAC) declaration has been lodged and 'Y' when there is more than one declaration type linked to the document, or blank.

When the value is hyperlinked, then there is at least one import declaration associated with the Air Cargo Report and the user performing the search is the reporting party for at least one of the import declaration(s).

When the value is not hyperlinked, then there is at least one import declaration associated with the Air Cargo Report and the user performing the search is not the reporting party for any of the import declarations.

UB: Underbond movement Indicator. The valid values are 'Y' or blank. When the value is set to blank there are no Underbond Movement Requests associated with the Air Cargo Report.

When the value is 'Y' and
not hyperlinked, then there is at least one Underbond Movement Request associated with the Air Cargo Report and the user performing the search is neither the reporting party, responsible party, originating establishment, nor the destination establishment for all of the associated Underbond Movement Requests.

When the value is 'Y' and
is hyperlinked, then there is at least one Underbond Movement Request associated with the Air Cargo Report and the user performing the search is either the reporting party, originating establishment and/or the destination establishment for one or more of the associated Underbond Movement Requests.

There will be no hyperlink if the consolidated status is 'WITHDRAWN'.

PS: Part Shipment Indicator. The valid values are 'Y' or blank. When the value is 'Y' this indicates that this is a part shipment.

Status: The status shown is the consolidated status of the Air Cargo Report. The field is hyperlinked for all users.

Step 3. When the MAWB hyperlink is enabled, select it.

The corresponding
Air Cargo View screen is displayed in a modal popup window. Only the Air Cargo Report that the user is the reporting party for will be hyperlinked.

Step 4. Return to the Air Cargo Manifest List screen. When the UB (Underbond Movement Indicator) hyperlink is enabled, select it.

The
Underbond Movements List screen displays as a modal popup, with a list of associated Underbond Movements, that are applicable to the Air Cargo Report, for which the user is either the reporting party, responsible party, originating establishment and/or the destination establishment.

Step 5. Return to the Air Cargo Manifest List screen. When the Dec (declaration indicator) hyperlink is enabled, select it.

The
Import Declaration Search/List screen displays in a modal popup window, listing the applicable Import Declaration(s) for the Air Cargo Report. Only an Import Declaration ID that the user is the reporting party for will be hyperlinked. Where this screen is used, a 'group box' will be displayed (circled in the screenshot below) at the top of the screen with details of the Air Cargo Report.

Step 6. Return to the Air Cargo Manifest List screen. When the Status hyperlink is enabled, select it.

Import Document Status Summary View screen displays in a modal popup window with the details of the Air Cargo report line.
