AIR CARGO REPORT SEARCH


The
Air Cargo Report Search screen enables authorised users to conduct a search for Air Cargo Reports that have been processed by the ICS.

Step 1. From the main menu, click on Imports, then Diagnostics, then Air Cargo Report Search.

This screen allows users to search for an Air Cargo Report by using a combination of criteria.

The default search criteria in the Select Combination field will be Flight No and Master Air Waybill No. Fields for this search combination are mandatory fields. All other fields are disabled.


Step 2. In the Select Combination field, click on the drop down button and select one of the following options.

* Flight number and Master Air Waybill Number
* Flight Number and House Air Waybill Number
* Flight Number and Sub-Master Air Waybill Number
* Master Air Waybill Number
* House Air Waybill Number
* Sub Master Air Waybill Number
*
Flight Number and Discharge Port and Arrival Date
* Responsible Party and Reported Date and Discharge Port
* Reported By and Reported Date and Discharge Port

Any options selected will highlight the fields in blue, indicating the locations that need to be completed.

Tip: choosing an appropriate search option will make searching more efficient. When a broad search option is used, a list will usually be returned.
From this screen a specific document can be chosen. The broadest search options available are the Responsible Party and Reported Date and Discharge Port and
the Reported By and Reported Date and Discharge Port options.
The most specific search options are the Flight No and Master Air Waybill No, Flight No and House Air Waybill No and Flight No and Sub-Master Air Waybill No options.

Step 1. Enter the relevant values in the mandatory fields.

Note: the reported date range must be no more than 30 days duration. The reported date range must not contain a date in the future.

Note: to clear the search criteria entered, click on the Clear button.

Step 2. Click on the Search button.

If no records are found, a display message will appear below the command buttons, stating '
No Matches Found'.

If one record is found, the
Air Cargo Report View screen displays.

If more than one record is found, the
Air Cargo Report List screen displays.

The Air Cargo Report List screen enables users to display a list of air cargo reports matching entered search criteria.

The list of ACRs is sorted by house air waybill number in ascending number order. The house air waybill numbers are grouped by master air waybill.

The following table lists the options available on the Air Cargo Report List screen.

Step 3. Click on a hyperlink in the Date of Arrival column.

Air Cargo Report View screen displays.
