AIR CARGO TRIAL DATA EXTRACTION REQUEST
The Air Cargo Scanner Trial Data Extraction Request screen allows authorised users to request an extraction of data for a specified Flight Number or numbers, and Arrival Date.
It is used to request air cargo information that is needed for the Air Cargo Scanner Trial currently being conducted in Brisbane.
The extraction batch process may be run immediately or scheduled to run at a specified date and time.
To request an extraction of data:
Step 1. From the ICS main menu, select Imports, then Diagnostics, then Air Cargo Scanner Trial Data Extraction Request.
The Air Cargo Scanner Trial Data Extraction Request screen displays.

In the Flight No(s) field, enter the flight number. The airline code and flight number are entered in separate fields.
Note: The Add button allows further Flight Nos to be added. Up to ten flights can be entered. (Blank flight numbers will be ignored on submission, as long as at least one is entered.)
The Arrival Date field will default to the current system date.
The Discharge Port Code will default to AUBNE.
In the Run Extraction section of the screen, users can specify when the extraction is to take place.
Users must now complete either Step 2 or Step 3.
Step 2. Click on the Now radio button to run the extraction now.
The 'Confirm data extraction request to be run immediately?' dialogue box displays.

Click 'Ok' to confirm.
Step 3. Click on the At radio button to specify a time to run the extraction.
Enter a time in the Time field.
The 'Confirm data extraction request to be run later?' dialogue box displays.

Click 'Ok' to confirm.
