SEA ARRIVALS SEARCH
The Sea Arrival Search screen allows authorised users to search for sea arrivals that already exist in the Integrated Cargo System (ICS). This process can be used to search for Sea Impending Arrival reports and/or Sea Actual Arrival reports.
The search for sea arrivals can be based on different groups of criteria consisting of the following:
* vessel identifier
* voyage no
* arrival date range
* arrival port code
* stevedore establishment identifier
* principal agent.
To search for a Sea Arrival:
Step 1. From the main menu, click on Imports, click on Diagnostics and then click on Sea Arrivals Search.
The Sea Arrivals Search screen displays.

The Sea Arrivals Search screen provides the user with the option to search for sea impending arrival reports or sea actual arrival reports.
Step 2. In the Select Report field, click on the drop down button and select either Sea Impending Arrival or Sea Actual Arrival. The default value for the Select Report field will be:
* Sea Impending Arrival
The default search criteria in the Select Combination field will be:
* Vessel ID & Voyage No.
Fields for Vessel ID And Voyage No Search combination are displayed as mandatory fields to be entered on the screen. All other fields are disabled.
Step 3. In the Select Combination field, click on the drop down button and select one of the following options:
* Vessel ID & Voyage No (default)
* Vessel ID & Arrival Date Range
* Vessel ID & Arrival Port Code
* Arrival Port Code & Arrival Date Range
* Arrival Date Range
* Vessel ID, Stevedore Establishment ID & Arrival Date Range
* Vessel ID, Voyage No, & Stevedore Establishment ID
* Stevedore Establishment ID & Arrival Date Range
* Principal Agent & Arrival Date Range
* Principal Agent, Arrival Port Code & Arrival Date Range.
Note: the Vessel ID, Arrival Port Code, Principal Agent ID and Stevedore Establishment ID fields can be found using a search. To do this, click on the relevant 'find' hyperlink and select the appropriate option from the list displayed.
Note: in the Arrival Date Range field the date range defaults to 10 days before the system (search) date and 10 days after the system (search) date but this date can be changed if required. The date range must be no more than 30 days duration.
Step 4. Enter the relevant values in the mandatory fields.
Note: to cancel the current search and remove all the values entered, click on the Clear button.
Step 5. Click on the Search button.
For Sea Impending Arrival Reports:
If more than one record is returned from the search, the Sea Impending Arrival Report List screen displays.
If only one record is returned from the search, the Sea Impending Arrival Report View screen displays.
For Sea Actual Arrival Reports:
If more than one record is returned from the search, the Sea Actual Arrival Report List screen displays.
If only one record is returned from the search, the Sea Actual Arrival Report View screen displays.
